Each DT01 camera runs its AI inspection model directly on an embedded CMOS sensor and processor, evaluating parts as they pass the lens and triggering pass/fail signals through its opto-isolated I/O in real time. This on-device approach eliminates network latency and keeps sensitive production data on your own line, integrating over Modbus TCP, TCP/IP, or UDP with existing PLCs and line-control systems.
